The challenge

Companies awarded Spanish cadastral regularisation processes (PRC) receive case files from SEGIPSA, must compare the mapping with reality, document incidents and deliver files and forms in very specific formats (IEC, FOIIC, FX-CC).

The solution

We rolled out ApliCAD CARTO for the map base (DGC parcels, CARTOCIUDAD, orthophotos), ApliCAD RCAT for the incident database and document management, and ApliCAD IEC for case file exchange with SEGIPSA. We trained field and office teams on the full workflow.

Outcome

A single workflow from case assignment to validated delivery, with the traceability the process requires and no intermediate tools.
