Questions about ZWCAD
Is the ZWCAD licence really perpetual?
Yes. You buy the current release and use it with no time limit. Moving to a later release only costs the upgrade; there is no mandatory annual fee.
Can I open my AutoCAD DWGs without losing anything?
ZWCAD opens and saves native DWG/DXF up to the current release, with layers, blocks, external references, dimensions and styles. Proprietary objects from Autodesk verticals (Civil 3D, Map 3D) appear as proxies.
Can you help me choose the edition?
Yes, that is the first thing we do. The right edition depends on whether you work in 3D, the plugins and routines you use and how many seats you need. Request advice and a technician will go through it with you, free of charge.
How do network or multi-seat licences work?
There are single-seat licences and floating network licences managed by a server. Tell us how many seats you have and we will propose the most economical mix.
Does it include training and support?
Technical support is provided by ApliCAD. We offer AutoCAD migration training and courses by profile (architecture, industry, cadastre).
