Data we process. Through the contact form we collect your first and last name, email, company, phone (optional), the product or service you are interested in and your message. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers; audience analytics are aggregated and do not identify individuals.
Purpose and legal basis. To answer your enquiry and, if you request it, prepare a quote or a demo (pre-contractual measures at your request). Only if you tick the corresponding box, to send you commercial communications about ApliCAD products and services by email (consent), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to aplicad@aplicad.com.
Recipients. Form data is stored in our CRM (Salesforce, hosted in the European Union) and forwarded to our mailbox through Resend (email delivery). The site is hosted on Vercel. When your enquiry concerns a vendor’s software (Autodesk, ZWSOFT, Bricsys or others), we may pass on the data needed to arrange a trial or a licence.
Retention. Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for the statutory limitation periods. Data used for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to aplicad@aplicad.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
