ApliCAD Rustica takes advantage of the environment and the powerful tools of AutoCAD MAP, incorporating a working methodology that streamlines to the maximum the activity of digitizing, editing and maintenance of cadastral mapping, being easily parameterizable, since it takes into account possible variations of the cadastral coding, so that they can be introduced in a quick and easy way. ApliCAD Rustica automatically assigns the graphic characteristics (line type, layer, color, etc.) of the entities to be digitized and manages the processes of topological structuring and error detection.
ApliCAD Rustic allows massive export of the general plan of the selected plots together with their identification and control data to ApliCAD DIGCU1: tool for the generation of files in FX-CC format. It automatically generates the directory structure and creates the CC drawing containing the general floor plan and the data captured from the plot centroid: map sheet, cadastral reference, street and police number.
ApliCAD Rustica is integrated with APLICAD FIN2006, which is a database application designed to perform the maintenance of physical and legal alterations of cadastral data included in the FIN-DGC format, validates the data entered and automatically generates the declaration forms (901N, 902N, 903N and 904N) associated with these movements.
ApliCAD Rustic allows automatic export of the cadastral planimetry to the FICC format of the cadastre and other GIS platforms such as ArcView (SHP) and MapGuide (SDF).
