It is a stand-alone viewer designed to easily consult and print georeferenced cadastral sketches in FX-CC format.
It is a “stand-alone” product, that is to say, it does not require any other software to operate, being a perfect complement to the Tax Management applications to which it adds that much needed graphic component.
VisualCU1 operates directly on the cadastral FX-CC files without the need of AutoCAD, and allows to automatically include the photograph of the property in the printing of the cadastral sketches.
VisualCU1 allows to make direct searches of the cadastral sketches, both by cadastral reference and by checking filters by address (street and number). As it supports parameters, it is also possible to link it to your tax management applications to visualize the general and significant plans of the selected cadastral parcel and thus facilitate the recording of data on uses, volumes and surfaces.
Product integrated with other ApliCADGIS Cadastral Suite applications: DIGCU1, URBANA, RUSTICA, FIN2006 and ApliCADGIS e.CAT Cadastral Map Server.
It is sold as an Annual Rental, including technical support.
