According to the Organic Law 15/1999, of Data Protection (LOPD), personal data is understood as “any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons”.
The only personal data to which APLICACIONES DE CAD CAM Y GIS, S.L.U., hereinafter “ApliCAD”, will have access will be those that the user voluntarily provides through the web www.aplicad.com, hereinafter “the Web”, and in the forms hosted therein.
In compliance with current regulations, ApliCAD has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to maintain the level of security required in response to the personal data processed. It is also equipped with the precise mechanisms at its disposal to prevent as far as possible unauthorized access.
We also inform you that in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the data you provide through the forms hosted on the Web or through any means related to it, will become part of a file owned by ApliCAD (“File Manager”), with registered office in Castellón de la Plana (Castellón), Calle Maria Teresa Gonzalez, 26, entlo. The treatment of these files will be subject to LOPD, and its development regulations.
